MediaMixer has co-supported the first worldwide workshop on Linked Media (LiME) together with the EU project LinkedTV at the World Wide Web Conference (WWW2013). The workshop has promoted for the first time to the international Web community the vision and goals of “Linked Media”. MediaMixer promotes technology for eased publication and re-use of fragments of audiovisual media across the Web, which can be part of the Linked Media vision.
